Research of unusual chlorination of indole core

Annotation Synthesis Isomeric pyroloindolesare described. Most reference literature is used, where Fisher reaction is used as method for synthesis of indole cores. Methods, based on Fisher reaction are divided in two groups: simultaneous creation of pyrole cores, or addition of pyrole core, on bezole core. It is worse mentioning, that in case of simultaneous formation of pyrol cores, mostly yields angular structure, in case of addition on bezole core, main productshave linear structure. When 7-aminoindolewas used, for addition, there was noted unusual reaction of chlorination of aromatic core.
