The peculiarities of Lechkhumi nature and landscapes’ differentiation

The first part of the thesis referes to the components of the natural environment, in particular, relief, climate, internal waters, soils and plant cover. While carrying out the branch-geographical review, the accent is paid to the anthoropogenic impact of the environment and modification of some components of the natural environment. The studies showed that the trace of the human economic influence is mostly shown at the dynamic components of nature, in this case at the plant cover. The second part of the thesis referes to the differentiation of the landscapes originated in the result of mergence of the natural components and the degree of their transformation. The relief differentiation provides the differentiation of the landscapes (among other factors). The third, conclusive part of the thesis analyzes the types of nature management having the close links with the peculiarities of nature. Finally, the tendencies of the regional development, recommendations and conclusions are offered.
