The using of cyclodextrines as chiral selectors in Capillary Electophoresis

This work reports the study of the separation of the enantiomers of the antifungal medication by using native and derivatized Cyclodextrines as chiral selectors in Capillary Electophoresis. The Investigation illustrates that The β-Cyclodextrine is the better with its chiral affinity than other native Cyclodextrines and The TM-β-Cyclodextrine has the same effect in the derivatized Cyclodextrines.
