Due to the rhythm of modern life we often have to visit fast food restaurants. To say the truth, we all know that we don't do a good job for our health, but for saving our time and money, such restaurants don't lack our attention.Shawarma is especially popular among the Georgian fast food menu,which recently can be found in every step. Shawarma is Turkish meal and it's made of meat (pork, beef, chicken or lamb) tomatoes, ketchup, mayonnaise, onions, peppers, lettuce sheet. Some fast food restaurants change these ingredients, but mainly it can be found of the form mentioned above. First it appeared in Georgia in 2007 and is still very popular among the customers, And because of the high demand on this meal many Georgian businessmen who started their business with a single Shawarma restaurant, now own the full chains of the fast food restaurants. At first the fast food system was such unorganized and disordered, that customers had to wait in the queue for about 40-45 minutes to buy a Shawarma. Due to the desire of having Shwarama they even compromise standing in a long queue, which made it so popular among Georgian people in a very short time. The number of Shawarma restaurants is increasing day by day in Georgia, as it is cosidered to be the most popular fast food among Georgian customers, which never loses its high demand.
