In this topic, there it is discussed about the deveiopoment of informational tehnologies. Here we talk about the role of these teqnologies in the modern society, in the system of education. In it we talk how the politics of these technologies have been made and about the strategy in different countries. Though, in spite of computer technologies and the opportunities of internet, when we use them them during education, we don’t see the results yet, in some schools and universities. This research, which was made to find out the ievei of education of students by RIPLS and to find out how do students use informational technologies in their studies. We need to see the differences between schools and universities about the level of education.
