Phenolic compounds analysis prepared grape variety of different wines

Chromatographic characteristics of phenolic compounds in the various types of wine prepared on the basis of Sapheravi grapes were studied by reverse-phazed HPLC. ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 was used as stationary phase. The mobile phase was a mixture of bidistillate, acetonitrile and acetic acid. Phenolic compounds in different types of Sapheravi wine were determined qualitatively and quantitatively.
