Annotation Alcohol drinks have a special place among ration of human food and consequently in the economy. Quality of alcohol with differ factor is depend on micro elemental composition. A special importance gives toxic metal content between micro elements, therefore it is necessary to determine quantitative of heavy metals in the wine for wine’s quality and safety. Atomic absorption spectrometer was used to analyze of heavy metals in the wine. The study subject was wine with different type and species, we determinated followings metals: lead, cadmium, copper, manganese, zinc, cobalt and nickel.
