The present paper deals with the sudden death of sportsmen, which is one of the largest problem in medicine. The sudden death among athletes is caused by the cardiac reasons, in 75-80%. There was created a special branch of medicine(sport medicine), which is used for sports and the athletes , and will study the cardiovascular system, while they are burdened. Sport medicine as well as is maximizing the use of information technology and modern technologies are being actively implemented. The main parameters to describe the condition and heart rate variability analysis is done, depending on the time and frequency measurement units, after which the heart rate variability (HRV) instrument is documented . Nowadays, athletes cardiointervalography, capillaroscopy, ultrasound and other instrumental or laboratory findings-require a detailed analysis of respective professional management. Thus, among athletes,the appropriate cardiac parameters, their correlation, monitoring and recommendations are the main objectives of the research in this direction, the present work deals with this problem. In this paper researchs and solutions are presented as a general picture.
